Deus Ex fans eagerly awaiting the next chapter in the saga are one step closer. Starting tomorrow morning, pre-load for Deus Ex: Mankind Divided on Steam will go live. The download begins on August 19 at 12PM Eastern, or 9AM Pacific for those in the West Coast. This was announced by Square Enix just a few hours ago on their Steam community page.

PC gamers still on the sidelines will be enticed by digital retailers, particular GMG who is offering a 25% off discount on both the Standard and Deluxe Edition of Deus Ex: Mankind Divided. This brings the Standard Edition down to $44.99 while the Digital Deluxe is priced only at $67.49.

For those unfamiliar with GMG, you will now need to log-in or create an account before you can see the full 25% off discount. If you don’t log in, you will only see a small 10% off discount (which seems pointless since you’ll need to login no matter what to make a purchase).

System specs are a bit more demanding than its predecessor Human Revolution, with minimum system requirement being a Radeon HD 7870 or GeForce GTX 660.  Pre-ordering the game before its official launch date next Tuesday will net you the “Day One Edition” which comes with a number of in-game goodies, trinkets, plus an extra in-game mission. The aforementioned Digital Deluxe Edition will come with the full Season Pass, and GMG’s 25% off deal is currently the only known discount for the Deluxe that we’ve spotted.
